Terms and Conditions. By visiting Brandedworkwearonline.com.au, you accept and consent
to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, you must
not use or access this website. These Terms and Conditions may change from time to time
without notice, and Branded Workwear recommends you check back regularly.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights (including the right to insist
that goods you buy from businesses must correspond with their description, be fit for their
purpose and be of satisfactory quality).

These Terms and Conditions shall prevail over any separate terms put forward by you. Any
conditions that you communicate in whatever form and at whatever time, whether in
writing, by email or orally, are expressly waived and excluded.

Disclaimer And Liability
Every effort has been made to ensure the information contained on the website is correct,
however, Branded Workwear makes no warranty as to the accuracy or comprehensiveness
of any products displayed and/or sold and provides all products on an “as is” basis.

Branded Workwear is not liable for any losses or damages caused by this website or any
website linked to or from this website.

Privacy
Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. Our Privacy Policy details how we collect,
protect, store and use personal information you provide to us and forms part of our Terms
and Conditions.

Pricing And GST
All prices on the website are quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST. Sale prices are
based on savings from regular price. Regular prices are based on recommended retail price
as set by suppliers and the market.

All prices are subject to change and prices displayed are only valid online at the time shown.

Customer Communications
Branded Workwear will communicate with you about your order by email and phone. By
registering or ordering on Branded Workwear you grant us the right to add your contact
details to our database. From time to time we may send you marketing material about
offers and new products. If you do not wish to receive such material, you may unsubscribe
via the link on the email communication, edit your newsletter settings under My Account or
by contacting our Customer Service Team at hello@brandedworkwearonline.com.au.

Order Acceptance
Your receipt of an electronic or other order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of
your order or our offer to sell. Branded Workwear reserves the right at any time after
receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We also reserve the
right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than
the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an
acceptable method of payment. We may require additional verifications or information
before accepting any order.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel you order before the order is dispatched by Branded Workwear and we will
refund you in full for the orders cancelled. We will not charge you a cancellation fee.
However, once the order is dispatched for delivery you are unable to cancel the order but
may return the order as outlined in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Branded Workwear reserves the right to cancel your order if we are unable to process
payment on the credit card provided or you provide unauthorised payment details; if the
personal details you provide are invalid; or if, when required you are not able to provide
satisfactory proof of identity. In addition, Branded Workwear reserves the right to cancel
your order if the product has become unavailable or if, for any reason, we believe we
cannot successfully complete delivery.

Branded Workwear will attempt to notify you before cancelling your order.

Account Suspension and Termination
Branded Workwear reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time
without prior notice to you, if you breach these Terms and Conditions. If your account is
suspended or terminated, you will not be able to access the Website.

In the event of Account Suspension or Termination and you are waiting delivery of products,
Branded Workwear reserves the right to cancel your order. A refund may be issued to the
credit card provided during the purchase process.

Delivery
Branded Workwear offers shipping within Australia as detailed in our Shipping Policy. The
delivery times provided are estimates only.

It might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform
you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your Order and arrange
for cancellation of the Order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.

Branded Workwear will not be accountable for late deliveries or loss or for any losses,
liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

Acceptance Of Goods
On delivery of the order, you agree to inspect the goods for any faults, defects or damage
and notify us within 14 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.

Returns And Refunds
You may return items purchased at Branded Workwear for a full refund within 14 days of
purchase. To qualify for a full refund the item must be in an unworn, undamaged and
unmarked condition and in their original undamaged packaging and labelling.

You are responsible for the postage of returning products purchased. Upon receipt of the
product, you may choose to return the product to Branded Workwear for a full refund if the
product is faulty when you receive it. Faults will be assessed by our Customer Service Team
and we may also consult with the supplier and/or manufacturer. If the product is found to
be faulty you will receive a full refund, otherwise the product will be returned to you.

Refunds will be issued in accordance with our Returns Policy and will only be made to the
original account used for payment. Branded Workwear will not consider requests for
refunds after 30 days of purchase, unless the product is deemed faulty by our Customer
Service Team.

Loss Of Goods
The risk of loss of goods shall be passed to you upon our delivery of the product to Branded
Workwear’s nominated delivery company. Branded Workwear will not be held responsible
for any loss, damage or liability as a result of this authority.

Warranties
It is your responsibility to ensure that the products purchased are sufficient and suitable for
your purposes and meet your individual requirements. We do not warrant that the products
will meet your individual requirements.

All warranties offered are the manufacturer’s warranties and not that of Branded
Workwear.

Disputes
Your satisfaction is important to us and we welcome your feedback – good and bad. If you
have a complaint please let us know via Contact Us. We will try to address your concerns as
soon as reasonably possible and will contact you on receipt of any relevant enquiry or
complaint. In some cases, the manufacturer or other third party may be involved, and as
such it may take longer to resolve such an enquiry or complaint.

In the event of a complaint it will help us if you can describe the object of your complaint as
accurately as possible and, where applicable, send us copies of the order or at least the
order number that we assign you in the Acknowledgement or Confirmation of Order. Should
you not have received any reaction from us within five business days, please make further
enquiries. Very occasionally your emails may be caught up in our spam filters or not reach
us, or correspondence that we send to you may otherwise not have reached you.

Reviews And Comments
You may post reviews or make comments on the content of our Website. Any content must
not be illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, infringing of intellectual property rights,
invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable to third parties and is not permitted to
consist of or contain software viruses, commercial solicitation, mass mailings, or any form of
"Spam" Branded Workwear reserves the right to remove such content at any time, and
without notice to you.

If you post content, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant Branded Workwear a non-
exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt,
publish, distribute, and display such content on its website and on any other marketing
material Branded Workwear may create.

Branded Workwear shall endeavor to ensure that any advertising contained on the site
shall comply with any relevant regulations published by the Advertising Standards Authority.

Please note any items marked as CLEARANCE on our website are final and cannot be
returned for a refund or exchange, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect. (Note:
Clearance means that this product can not be reordered as it is a discontinued line
with our suppliers)
